PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an abnormality alarm device which combines a fall alarm unit for detecting the abnormal state of an owner and transmitting an alarm signal based on its detection signal with a portable terminal such as a PHS, and transmits the alarm signal by which the fact that the owner down at a managed place is determined and its position is specified even if the owner down at a place distant from the managed place. SOLUTION: The abnormality alarm device is composed of combination by connecting the fall alarm unit 1 and a PHS portable terminal 2 by a connection code 3, the fall alarm unit 1 is provided a determination means for measuring whether or not its fall state continues over a predetermined time by a fall time setting part 14 when an inclination angleθdetected by an inclination sensor 11'exceeds a predetermined value and determining the state as the fall when the state continues over the predetermined time and a one-chip microcomputer 10 of a determination means of a urgent manual report, and the fall alarm unit 1 is configured to transmit the alarm signal and to transmit the signal via the portable terminal when an abnormality is determined.
