PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly suppress a noise signal among respective signals outputted from a plurality of microphones. SOLUTION: A component calculation part 41 calculates a sound source component S correlating with a sound source signal and a noise component N correlating with the sound source signal and other signals based upon difference information showing respective differences of the signals outputted from the plurality of microphones and including the sound source signal and signal information showing a signal outputted by one of the plurality of microphones and including the sound source signal. Then a signal suppression part 42 suppresses a signal of a frequency band where the noise component is present among the signals outputted from the plurality of microphones based upon the sound source component S and noise component N calculated by the component calculation part 41.
