PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly specify a target slip in a method of specifying the target slip between two components capable of transmitting power by frictional connection, wherein one component is driven by a driving device, the other component constitutes a driven member for driving the driven device, and crimping force is changed for frictional connection between both components. SOLUTION: At least one operation parameter of at least the driving device or the driven device is specified, and a target slip value corresponding to the specified target slip is specified on the basis of a prescribed function between at least one operation parameter and the slip value.
