PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive processing apparatus capable of precisely processing a sheet or film made of a synthetic resin into a three-dimensional shape. SOLUTION: The sheet or film made of the synthetic resin is held at its predetermined positions by clamp bars and, after the press plate installed at an intermediate position between the adjacent clamp bars is pressed to the sheet or film made of the synthetic resin, at least one of the clamp bars is moved in the intermediate position direction. Before the clamp bars come into close contact with the press plate, the press plate is separated from the sheet or film made of the synthetic resin to bend the sheet or film made of the synthetic resin into a shevron shape.
