PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a printing device capable of preventing biased use of a plurality of printing heads. SOLUTION: A carriage 11 movable in a specified direction is provided with a plurality of printing heads 2 in a state of arrangement. When printing using a part of the printing head 2 among the plurality of printing heads 2, a system controller 55 specifies a printing head 2 to be used based on the number of past print sheets.
