PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure both advantages of a concentrated winding and a distributed winding, wherein a winding resistance value is made lower and a height of a winding end is reduced in the concentrated winding, while changes in a magnetic flux, in terms of time and space become slower, vibrations and noises are reduced, and a utilization factor of a winding is improved in the distributed winding. SOLUTION: A split core 70U includes a main portion 71cu at the center of a yoke element 72U. At the main portion 71cu, wings 71au, 71bu are provided from a left-hand side and a right-hand side in its figure, respectively, and these 3 portions jointly present a magnetic pole face 71mu. All main portions 71cu, 71cv, 71cw and wings 71au, 71bu, 71av, 71bv, 71aw, 71bw present the form of a cylinder which extends at about 60°nearly circumferentially.
