PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actuator for tilting reflecting mirror. SOLUTION: The reflecting mirror tilting actuator includes a mirror holder which is provided with a fixing part that is fixed to a base having an inner space; a horizontal part that is integrally connected via a resilient connection part and a resilient member that resiliently supports the reflecting mirror upward; a mirror supporting unit, having a mirror stopper which covers the edge section of the reflecting mirror and is arranged between the horizontal part and the cover; a tilting drive unit which has an operating means of transmitting vertical reciprocal movement, while its upper end is contacted with the horizontal part and has a stopper, whose upper end contacts with the horizontal part to limit the tilting of the horizontal part and a horizontal adjusting unit in which an adjusting hole is formed on the cover to make the mirror stopper exposed, that is arranged with a gap, having a fixed width with respect to the horizontal part, to the top section; and an adjusting screw whose lower end contacts with the mirror stopper through the adjusting hole and flatness of the reflecting mirror is adjusted.
