PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing member having excellent surface smoothness and excellent adhesion durability. SOLUTION: The electrophotographic fixing member comprises an elastic layer, a primer layer and a surface layer which are successively formed on a substrate. The primer layer and the surface layer respectively contain fluororesin, and when it is defined that the melting points of the fluororesin components in the primer layer and the surface layer are respectively mp1, mp2, relation of mp1≤mp2 is formed, and when melt viscosity values at (mp2+20)°C are respectively M1, M2, relation of M2≤M1 is formed in the electrophotographic fixing member.
