PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure fluorescence or scattered light from a sample with high accuracy by aligning a sample flow with high accuracy with respect to the center position of a flow cell. SOLUTION: A bimorph piezoelectric element is distorted by impressing a voltage on the piezoelectric element, thereby distorting an internal flow tube with the piezoelectric element stuck thereon together with the piezoelectric element.
