SOLUTION: A room or the like is heated by heat dissipation of a condenser 3, and at the same time, residual heat of a refrigerant flowing out from the condenser is stored in a liquid of a heat storage tank. By absorbing heat from the heat storage liquid that has become a higher temperature than outside air by heat storage, and carrying out heating, reduction of a circulation flow rate of the refrigerant is prevented, a compression ratio of a compressor 1 is reduced, and heating efficiency can be improved. by alternately carrying out both cycles, deterioration of the heating capacity when the outside air temperature is low can be prevented.
