PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce valve opening force of a needle by fuel pressure. SOLUTION: A needle is provided with a fuel passage for introducing fuel from a fuel inlet side end surface and discharging the fuel from a nozzle port side end surface, and a seal part is arranged between the fuel inlet side end surface and the nozzle port side end surface on the periphery of the needle, and a nozzle port is arranged on the outer peripheral side of a needle seating part of a valve body. Thus, since the fuel pressure applied to the fuel inlet side end surface of the needle can be reduced, the valve opening force of the needle by an increase in the fuel pressure can be reduced.
