PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micro-gas turbine power generation system having a gas compressor capable of self-sustaining operation without requiring a system power source. SOLUTION: This micro-gas turbine power generation system has a micro-gas turbine power generation unit 1 having a combustor 10, a gas turbine 11, a compressor 12 and a generator 14, the gas compressor 4 for compressing and supplying fuel gas supplied from an external part to a combustor 14 by AC electric power supplied from a built-in inverter 40, a converter 20 for converting the AC electric power generated by the generator 14 into DC electric power, an inverter 22 for converting DC output of the converter 20 into predetermined voltage and frequency of the AC electric power by inputting the DC output via a DC bus 21, a DC/DC converter 29 connected to the DC bus 21 and supplying the DC electric power of converting the DC electric power of the DC bus 21 into voltage to an internal DC bus of the built-in inverter 40 of the gas compressor 4, and a battery 27 for charging and discharging the DC electric power via a charge-discharge controlling controller 26 between the battery and the DC bus 21.
