PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint device in reduced cost, easy in installation, and capable of efficiently checking flapping by wind, while minimally setting the approach between left and right skeletons in the vicinity, with a simple structure. SOLUTION: This joint device is composed of at least two or more of support arms 6 having a rear end part pivoted on one joint part side wall surface 3a via a hinge member 4 and having a tip part rotatable in the horizontal direction and abutting on the other joint part side wall surface in an inclined state at ordinary time, a support 8 supported in a substantially central part of this support arm 6 and having an angle-shaped ridge member 7 in an upper part, one joint plate 10 having a lower end part pivoted so that an upper end part can rotate in the vertical direction and havingthe upper end part pivoted on the ridge member 7 on one joint part side wall surface side of the support, a guide rail 12 slidably supported in a tip part of the support arm 6, and the other joint plate 13 having a lower end part pivoted so that an upper end part can rotate in the vertical direction on this guide rail 12 and having the upper end part pivoted on the ridge member 7 on the other joint part side wall surface side of the support.
