PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To upward inject high-pressure air at a low temperature to the inside in the vicinity of a suction port for a suction hose, to strengthen the suction force of the suction port for the suction hose by utilizing an increase in an ascending force and a decrease in a density with a volume expansion by the temperature rise of high-pressure air lifting in the suction hose and to easily suck up even a deposit precipitated on a bottom section in a deep water depth on a water surface together with water or seawater. SOLUTION: High-pressure air at the low temperature in an extent that water or seawater is not frozen is injected upward to the inside in the vicinity of the suction port 21 for the suction hose 8, and a coefficient of cubic expansion due to the temperature rise of high-pressure air at the low temperature lifting in the suction hose 8 is increased and the ascending force is strengthened. A density difference on the inside and the outside is augmented by further reducing a density in the suction hose 8 in the same water depth and the suction force of the suction port 21 for the suction hose 8 is increased, and the deposit (a) precipitated on a bottom section is sucked up and recovered on the water surface together with water or seawater.
