PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excrement bag for collecting excrements of animal, a toilet bowl connecting to the bag and an attaching device for the toilet bowl, which solves troubles of owner in handling excrement of animal and protecting environmental sanitation and cleanliness by collecting the excrements before falling to the ground in excretion of the animal. SOLUTION: The bag 30 is obtained by peeling off a release paper from an upper plate piece 31 and sticking the bottom pressure sensitive adhesive face of the upper plate piece 31 to an upper face of a bellows member 32, peeling off the release paper of an external circular part of a bottom plate piece 33 and sticking the exposed pressure sensitive adhesive face to the bottom face of the bellows member 32 to form the bag 30 with a closed bottom and an opening on the top.
