The invention relates to mobile telephone communications and can be used for telephone conversations while driving a transport means. The inventive multipurpose voice communication device for a mobile telephone consists of a main unit which comprises a receiving-transmitting BLUETOOTH module, a remote microphone and a display unit connected thereto by cables, a module for reading out and storing the mobile telephone SIM card data and a remote control panel which is optically connected to the display unit. The module for reading out and storing the mobile telephone SIM card data can be provided with an universal sequential port (USB). Said invention improves the usability and operational safety of a car voice communication device for communicating with any mobile telephone using BLUETOOTH techniques and enables a user to call subscribers, whose telephone numbers are recorded in the SIM card memory of the mobile telephone thereof, without abstracting from the control of traffic situation and road condition during driving a transport means.
