PULSATION ABSORBING HOSE STRUCTURE AND ITS ASSEMBLING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulsation absorbing hose structure having stabilized quality and reduced cost by simplifying the processes of assembling a pulsation absorbing hose itself and being more freely designed to be piped at a position in a small vehicle body space without giving poor influences to pulsation absorbing performance or a total life, and to provide its assembling method.

SOLUTION: The pulsation absorbing hose structure comprises a rubber hose 3 fastened and fixed to the end of a pipe joint 2 with fastening force imparted via a socket 5 fixed to the end of the pipe joint 2 and a resin tube silencer 12 extending into the rubber hose. The socket 5 and the resin tube silencer 12 are both fixed to the end of the pipe joint with socket fastening force when fastening and fixing the socket to the end of the pipe joint. Its assembling method comprises fastening and fixing the rubber hose via the hose fastening socket to the pipe joint.
