<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To record the time and the type of software for operation carried out by a worker for evaluating relationship between time and work contents dedicated for creation of a document/drawing. <P>SOLUTION: When operation about information technology is carried out on a display screen 2 of an electronic apparatus 6 by a worker H, an electronic apparatus 6 receives various signals emitted by a proximity sensor 9 or input devices 3 and 4 to detect start of the operation. The actual time at that time is recorded as a starting time t1, and if no signal from the proximity sensor 9 or the input devices 3 and 4 is detected within a predetermined 5 minutes, the actual time at that time is recorded as a ending time t1 of the operation. Then, similar processing is repeated and a plurality of pairs of starting time t2 and ending time t2 are recorded. The starting time and the ending time are accumulated every day/month/year respectively about the worker H to be stored as an operation time in a storage device 15. The stored operation time is read afterward onto the electronic apparatus 6 to be displayed on the display screen 2 or printed by a printer for checking operation time distribution. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
