<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for dividing an ingredient material to be treated, obtained by cutting and dividing hydrous food materials in a separate state followed by applying fine particles, through dividing the ingredient material into every fixed quantity according to a division number. <P>SOLUTION: This method for dividing the ingredient material to be treated comprises performing a first division through introducing the ingredient material to be treated of a fixed quantity into single-row distribution containers which form in a single-row ingredient material-holding holes of the division number, and filling the ingredient material to be treated in each of the ingredient material-holding holes while adding alternate tilting and vibration to the row direction, and performing a second division through receiving the ingredient material to be treated in line division containers which form in a plurality of lines ingredient material-holding holes of the second division number and repeatedly introducing number of times of the line number from the single-row division containers to each line of the line division containers and filling the ingredient material in each of the ingredient material-holding holes while adding tilting and vibration to the line direction. A sequential series of processes comprises a storage process (A), an ingredient material carrying process B, a vibrational transportation process C, a measuring dropping process D, a first division process E, a second division process F (Nth division process F'), a division mounting process G and a stroke transportation process H. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
