PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for the one-step production of a molded polyurethane foam having a skin and a high density part exclusively at a part necessitating the skin, etc., and enabling arbitrary change of the ratio of the skin and a high-density part to the foamed layer core. SOLUTION: A molded polyurethane foam is produced from (a) a polyisocyanate compound, (b) a polyol mixture containing a polyol, a catalyst and a crosslinking agent and (c) a foaming agent by using a molding machine enabling separate charge of the polyisocyanate compound (a), the polyol mixture (b) and the foaming agent (c), and continuously pouring the polyisocyanate compound (a), the polyol mixture (b) and the foaming agent (c) into a mold while starting the pouring of the foaming agent (c) after the start of the pouring of the polyisocyanate compound (a) and the polyol mixture (b).
