PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electroforming die in which each bottom face of a multistage structure is provided with an electrode, and to provide its production method. SOLUTION: In the electroforming die used in an electrocasting process and having a multistage structure of two or more layers, an electric conductor having electrical conductivity, resins stepwise formed on the electric conductor, and electrodes formed on the respective layers of the resin are comprised.
