PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor capable of accessing a memory, and not allowing reduction of performance, even during data erasure of a nonvolatile storage device, and to provide a memory controller controlling the nonvolatile storage device. SOLUTION: This information processor has: a CPU 11 performing control; an HDD 15 to which the CPU 11 performs reading/writing of data; and an HDD controller 14 controlling the reading/writing of the data to the HDD 15 by the CPU 11.
