PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a braille adaptive terminal that enables visually handicapped persons to use bidirectional communication services and can improve usability. SOLUTION: The braille adaptive terminal includes: an input section 409 which inputs character information; a braille conversion section 101 which converts the input character information and character information other than the input character information into braille information; an input information display section 102 which displays the input character information as braille information; and an output information display section 103 which displays the character information other than the input character information as braille information.
