PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screw cramping structure with a nut for eliminating the need for fixing a fixed object at its reverse side during screw-threading. SOLUTION: The screw cramping structure 1 comprises a screw 2 having a male screw portion, a spring washer 3 to be inserted through the screw 2 and pressed against the surface of the fixed object 9, and the flexible nut 4 having a first locking pawl 6 and a second locking pawl 8 having different lengths and being unfolded upward. The first locking pawl 6 formed longer prevents the rotation of the nut 4 relative to the fixed object 9 and the second locking pawl 8 supports the fixed object 9 at its reverse side and fixes the fixed object 9 together with the spring washer 3.
