PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clip capable of connecting a plurality of panels mutually and tightly and maintaining high connection strength. SOLUTION: This clip 1 is composed of a first barrel part 7 inserted into a mounting hole of a first panel, a first elastic locking part 10 having a locking shoulder 9 formed on a side face of the first barrel part and locking in a mounting hole fringe part of the first panel, a second barrel part 11 inserted into a mounting hole of a second panel, and a second elastic locking part 14 having a locking shoulder 13 formed on a side face of the second barrel part and locking in a mounting hole of the second panel. The first barrel part and the second barrel part are integrally connected in the direction of length while both of locking shoulders face mutually. An interval between both of locking shoulders is such interval that connects the first panel and the second panel mutually and tightly. A projection 23 protruding on a side by such length that it is engaged with a fringe part of the mounting hole of the first panel but is not engaged with a fringe part of the mounting hole of the second panel being larger than the mounting hole of the first panel is formed on a side face of a barrel part between both of locking shoulders.
