PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil discharge prevention device of a scroll compressor capable of suppressing leakage of oil to the outside of a casing to the minimum extent and simplifying an assembly process by reducing the number of constituent parts. SOLUTION: This oil discharge prevention device of the scroll compressor includes a balance weight 120 connected with a rotor 80 of a driving motor M to offset imbalance caused when a turning scroll 40 performs turning movement by rotation force of the driving motor M and a lower part fixed type oil guide 130 fixed and connected between the balance weight 120 and the rotor 80 to shut off scattering of oil into the inside of the casing 10 and guide oil onto a bottom face of the casing 10.
