PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a finishing agent for fibers imparting a high level of washing durability by applying isoflavone to a fiber material with sufficient strength even without using a resin fixing component, to provide a method for producing the finishing agent and to provide a textile product improving the moisturizability of the skin over a long period without causing skin irritation or deteriorating the touch feeling by using the finishing agent. SOLUTION: The finishing agent for the fibers is characterized as comprising the isoflavone included in a vesicular endoplasmic reticulum composed of a bimolecular membrane of a phospholipid.
