<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide liquid seasoning favorably colored and letting an eater sufficiently feel salty in spite of its low salt content. <P>SOLUTION: The liquid seasoning contains the following ingredients (A)-(D): (A) ≤9 mass% of salt, (B) 0.5-4.2 mass% of kalium, (C) >2 mass% of acidic amino acid and >1 mass% of basic amino acid, and (D) at least one kind of substance selected from nucleic acid-based tasty substance, phytic acid, citric acid or its salt, inorganic acid salt, sweetener, protein and milk whey minerals.
