<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently collect validity information on evaluation information for an evaluation object with high reliability. <P>SOLUTION: An information providing tourist A registers the recommended information of a tourist resort in an information intermediate agent C (1). The information intermediate agent C discloses the registered evaluation information through the Internet or the like. An information using tourist B gets access to the agent C for retrieval (2). The tourist B visits the store of a tourist resort agent D as the object of evaluation by viewing the evaluation information registered by the tourist A. The tourist B negotiates with the agent D about privilege or the like for dealing. When the negotiation succeeds, the dealing is concluded (3), the display device of the portable telephone or the like of the tourist B is made to display the input picture for the password of the agent D, and the tourist B urges the agent D to input the password. The agent D inputs the password, and transmits it to the agent C (4). This proves the conclusion of dealing, and also certifies the conclusion of dealing based on the evaluation information of the tourist A. That is, it proves that the evaluation information of the tourist A is reliable, and that it has been validly utilized. When the dealing is concluded, the agent D pays a charge to the agent C (5).
