VIRTUAL MALL OPERATION DEVICE AND VIRTUAL MALL OPERATION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a point service system in a virtual mall on a network improving a service to a customer by dispensing with carrying a magnetic card and shortening a time from issuing points to redeeming points.

SOLUTION: This system comprises a point issuing means 1 for issuing points corresponding to the purchase amounts of a customer, a point storage means 2 for storing the number of points accumulated by the customer, and a point redeeming means 3 for reducing a purchase amount of the customer as points to be redeemed. A points issue ratio and a points redeeming ratio can be set for each store forming part of the virtual mall.
