<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information terminal device which is simple in composition, where a loop-shaped antenna used for communication is stably and surely fixed, and which performs highly sensitive and reliable communication. <P>SOLUTION: Various kinds of electronic parts are incorporated in a housing inner space formed by assembling a housing main body 1 and a housing cover part 6 to form an information terminal device 100 which can perform at least noncontact information communication.
