DISPLAY UNIT, THIN FILM TRANSISTOR DISPLAY PANEL, AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display unit, a thin film display panel, and its manufacturing method capable of reducing manufacturing cost by forming a phase delay film in the liquid display unit.

SOLUTION: The thin film transistor display panel provided with a transmission region and a reflection region, comprises a substrate, a transparent electrode formed on the substrate, a reflection electrode formed on the transparent electrode and positioned in the reflection region, a 1st phase delay film formed on the reflection electrode, and a 2nd phase delay film formed on the 1st phase delay film wherein the angles of fast axes of both the delay films are mutually different.
