<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production management system for accurately adjusting demand/supply. <P>SOLUTION: This production management system is provided with an input part 100, a storage part 102 for storing demand information and actual inventory information of a product in each unit time in a period from the current point of time to a predetermined period ahead to be periodically inputted by an input part, a processing part 104 for calculating the safety stock from the demand information and the inventory information in each unit time of a product read from the storage part, and for calculating predicted stock being stock to be predicted from the current point of time to the predetermined period ahead, an interface part 106 for outputting the safety stock and the predicted stock to the scheduler, and for fetching a lead time from the scheduler, and a scheduler 110 for preparing the production plan of the product, for deciding a lead time on the basis of the production plan, and for outputting a production instruction to a manufacturing system. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
