PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a computer system for exactly discovering human ability latent in an individual and for enhancing the human ability.

SOLUTION: An education support device constituted of one or more computers comprises: a means to communicate with other computers via an information communication network; a means to store portfolio information in correspondence with each of the many students; a means to regard other computer trying to make an access through authentication as a student computer and to permit the computer to access the portfolio information of the student specified on the basis of the authentication information; a means to make it possible to browse the portfolio information of the student according to the request from the student computer and to transmit it to the student computer; a means to update the portfolio information of the student according to the request from the student computer to which the portfolio information is transmitted; and a means to store updating history of the portfolio information.
