PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a truck frame structure capable of reducing the weight and enhancing the quality thereof. SOLUTION: A transverse beam 20 is constituted of a hollow member. The transverse beam 20 has integrated flanges 22, 23. An aluminum-forged equipment mounting and receiving member 40 is joined with the flanges 22, 23 by the friction stirring and joining method. Since a root of the equipment mounting and receiving member where high stresses are exerted can be formed of a base material, and a stock of the truck frame can be formed of aluminum, the weight of the truck frame can be reduced.
