PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent conductor (core wire) from being cut in ultrasonic jointing a wire. SOLUTION: A conductor part 3 of the wire a comprising a plurality of core wires 2 is inserted in a conductor-width regulation groove of a press die and press molded in a flat shape by pressurizing from thickness with a press molder while regulated in a width direction according to bonding width W of a terminal 4, then, inserted in the terminal 4, and connected with the terminal 4 by ultrasonic vibration while pressurizing with a pressurizing excitation horn 13.
