PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily clean a disk type recording medium without causing any scratch thereon. SOLUTION: This apparatus is provided with a loading base 2 which is mounted to one side of planes of a case body 101 of a disk cartridge 100 in a state in which it covers a table insertion hole 101e and having a base part 5 contacting to the one side of planes in the mounted state and an inserting part 6 inserted into the table insertion hole, a rotary shaft 4 supported by the mounting base rotatably, a magnet 11 provided at the rotary shaft and absorbing a core 201 of the disk type recording medium when the mounting base is attached tothe one side of planes, a cleaner attachment part 3 projected to a direction being orthogonal to an axis direction of the rotary shaft from the mounting base, and a cleaner 12 attached to the cleaner attaching part and cleaning the disk type recording medium by contacting to the disk type recording medium, the disk type recording medium is held at a position at which the disk type recording medium is not contacted to the case body in a state in which the core is absorbed by the magnet.
