PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent improper data from being opened to the public in a web page to which an individual uploads his/her data, and to allow the individual to view all uploaded data. SOLUTION: The present invention comprises a means for storing a web page for public opening consisting of only uploaded data for public opening, and a storage means for a user for storing web page data for private use consisting of all uploaded data. In response to the request from a client computer user for web page data, the web page data for public opening is transmitted to the user other than the one who uploaded the data, and the web page data for private use is transmitted to the user who uploaded the data.
