PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polypropylene resin composition having excellent low-temperature impact strength, especially high-speed plane impact strength and balanced high rigidity and surface hardness and provide a molded article made thereof. SOLUTION: The polypropylene resin composition contains a polypropylene resin, an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer rubber and an inorganic filler. The polypropylene resin is a crystalline propylene-ethylene block copolymer composed of a random copolymer component having a propylene/ethylene ratio of 75/25 to 35/65, an intrinsic viscosity of≥1.5 dl/g and <4 dl/g and an ethylene content of≥20 wt.% and <50 wt.% and a random copolymer component having an intrinsic viscosity of≥0.5 dl/g and <3 dl/g and an ethylene content of≥50 wt.% and≤80 wt.%.
