PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparency-retaining antistatic thermoplastic resin composition containing a rubber-reinforced styrene-based resin excellent in sliding property, antistatic property and transparency and scarcely containing impurity as a base. SOLUTION: The transparency-retaining antistatic thermoplastic resin composition is obtained by formulating 100 pts.wt. rubber-reinforced styrene-based resin (A) composed of a graft polymer (a-1) obtained by polymerizing one or more kinds of compounds selected from an aromatic vinyl, a vinyl cyanide and a (meth)acrylate in the presence of a rubber-like polymer or the graft polymer (a-1) and a (co)polymer (a-2) obtained by polymerizing one or more compounds selected from an aromatic vinyl, a vinyl cyanide and a (meth)acrylate with 3-50 pts.wt. polyether ester amide (B) and 0.1-30 pts.wt. sliding agent (C). In the resin composition, metal content of the group I and/or the group II of the periodic table is≤250 ppm and total light transmittance obtained when the resin composition is molded into a resin molded article having 3 mm thickness is≥50%.
