PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-curable resin composition capable of being prepared by a simple method, having a long pot life, curable in a short time under a mild condition, and providing a low refractive-index membrane capable of being laminated on a high refractive-index layer. SOLUTION: The light-curable resin composition comprises (A) a (meth)acrylic copolymer having (I) a (meth)acrylic ester structural unit having a (meth)acrylic ester structural unit having a 1-15C fluoroalkyl group and a 1-15C fluoroalkyl group having a -CF<SB>2</SB>H unit as a part, and (II) a (meth)acrylic ester structural unit having a substituent having at least one 1-20C hydrolyzable alkoxysilyl group, and (B) an agent generating an acid by light, regulated so that the proportions of the structural unit of (I) and the structural unit of (II) may satisfy a specific relation in the component (A).
