PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new compound effective for late reacting diseases such as allergic dermatitis, rhinitis and the like. SOLUTION: A five-membered-ring compound represented by formula (1) or a salt thereof is provided, wherein X represents O or S; R<SP>1</SP>represents H, a lower alkyl or the like; R<SP>2</SP>represents H, a lower alkyl, an aryl or the like; Y<SP>1</SP>and Y<SP>2</SP>represent a single bond, a lower alkylene or the like; R<SP>3</SP>represents an aryl, a heterocycle or the like; R<SP>4</SP>represents H, an alkanoyl or the like; and R<SP>5</SP>represents H, a lower alkyl or the like, when R<SP>2</SP>is an aryl, R<SP>3</SP>is not an aryl.
