INDUCIBLE ELEMENT OF FIBROUS PROTEIN AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inducible element of a fibrous protein designed to efficiently guide a protein rail for landing in all sites on a substrate and converging the protein rail on a desired circuit, to provide a method for production thereof and to provide application constitution of the inducible element of the fibrous protein. SOLUTION: The substrate having a surface contacting a protein motor-containing liquid, pattern formations provided on the substrate and composed of linear protrusions and protein motors provided on the nearly whole surface on the substrate and having functions to move the protein rail which is the fibrous protein along the fiber axis thereof by utilizing energy produced according to hydrolysis of adenosine triphosphate are provided in the element for inducing the fibrous protein floating in the protein motor-containing liquid in the prescribed direction. Arcs are arranged in a linear form of the pattern formations and the protein rail captured and induced with the protein motors provided on the nearly whole surface on the substrate is applied to the sidewall on the central side of the curvature of each arc and induced in the central direction of the curvature of the arc.
