PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the falling of decorative members when a precast concrete plate pre-fitted with the decorative members having uneven shapes on the surfaces is produced. SOLUTION: In a method for producing the precast concrete plate 1 with the decorative members integrated with the surface by pouring concrete on the decorative members and curing it after a large number of the decorative members 5 having uneven 5a and 5b shapes different in height on the surfaces are laid with the surfaces arranged on the bottom surface side of a form 6, in advance of the laying of the decorative members, powder 7 is laid in the form, and the decorative members are laid while the projected parts 5a of the surfaces are pushed into the powder.
