PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To also realize a comparatively simple assembling due to a screw type structure, at the same time, to make it possible to expose or save a seal without changing the direction of the face of the seal through a simple work such as a turning operation and further to remove the possibility for staining clothing or the like by avoiding the careless exposure of the face of the seal at the time of out-of-use. SOLUTION: This sealing device consists of a head shaft part with a cap, which is hinged at a tip opening through a spring so as to freely make open and close the tip opening, a rear shaft part, which freely rotatingly fits to the rear slender barrel part of the head shaft part, a rotating barrel, which is fixed through a ceiling crown to the rear shaft part and insertingly provided inside the rear shaft part, a name holder, at the tip of which a sealing tool is loaded through a slider mounted to the ceiling crown and insertingly provided in the rotating barrel under the condition that, through the operation of the head shaft part and the rear shaft part, the rotary movement of the rotating barrel is converted to the straight-line movement, resulting in pushing the sealing tool and the cap against the spring so as to freely expose the face of the seal through the tip opening.
