PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processor for an endoscope, facilitating carrying and integrated with a device used in an endoscope system. SOLUTION: This processor for an endoscope includes: a casing; a display means formed to be integrated with the casing, stored in the casing to display an image picked up by the endoscope; a keyboard formed to be integrated with the casing and stored in the casing to input data to the processor; and a pointing device for designating a position on the display means, wherein the casing is substantially rectangular parallelepiped, and provided with a front panel where an operation part of the processor is installed and a rear panel at the back of the front panel.
