PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection machine which prevents the galling of a plunger while preventing the leakage of a molten raw material from the plunger. SOLUTION: In the injection machine 10 which has the plunger 11 inserted reciprocatably into a heating cylinder 16 and injects the molten raw material M supplied from the front of the plunger 11 by the plunger 11 to pack it in a mold through a nozzle 21, the plunger 11 has a seal part 13 set to make it difficult for the molten raw material M to enter the clearance A between it and the inner wall 32 of the heating cylinder 16 on the nozzle 21 side of the plunger 11. The nozzle 21 side part of the seal part 13 has a core holding part 14 forming an annular part 20 communicating with a molten raw material M storing part 19 formed in front of the plunger 11 between it and the inner wall 32 of the heating cylinder 16.
