PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic component lighting system capable of suppressing luminance irregularity and color irregularity while suppressing increase of power consumption and cost increase. SOLUTION: This electronic component lighting system comprises: an electronic component 5 having mounting lead terminals 7 projected downward from the bottom part thereof; a printed wiring board 2 forming a space between a surface thereof and the bottom part of the electronic component 5 for mounting the lead terminals 7 of the electronic component 5 thereon; a light emitter 1 arranged below the bottom part of the electronic component 5 and on the upper surface of the printed wiring board 2; a light guide part 10 formed in the space for guiding the light emitted by the light emitter 1 outward; a reflecting part 11 for reflecting the light guided by the light guide part 10 upward; and an optically-transparent band part 9 circumferentially formed outside a peripheral side wall of the electronic component 5 for transmitting the light reflected by the reflecting part 11 from the lower side to the upper side and for lighting the circumference of the electronic component from the lower side.
