<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To connect a microwave transmission line to be installed at a position of a different height by suppressing deterioration in a standing-wave ratio or occurrence of unwanted radiation. <P>SOLUTION: A substrate connection structure comprises: a lower microwave transmission line 2, an upper microwave transmission line 3 of which an installation height is different from that of the lower microwave transmission line 2; and a vertical microwave transmission line 4 coupled, by integral molding, with the lower microwave transmission line 2 and the upper microwave transmission line 3.
