<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable rapid treatment of organic waste with little time and labor. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus has a waste fermentation tank 1 in which the first treatment chamber 6 of the pre-stage treatment chamber 1A, the second and third treatment chambers 7 and 8 of the middle-stage treatment chamber 1B and the fourth and fifth treatment chambers 9 and 10 of the post-stage treatment chamber 1C are divided in a continuous state with the first, second, third and fourth partition walls 5a, 5b, 5c and 5d, a heating means 2 consisting of the first heating section 20a and the second heating section 20b heating organic waste within each of pre-, middle- and post-stage chambers and a rotation-stirring/carrying means 3 carrying organic waste, with stirring, from the pre-stage to the post-stage treatment chamber through openings 5a11 and 5b11.
